Our stay presented both positives and negatives. The staff's friendliness added warmth, but the lack of English communication caused misunderstandings and reduced service quality. The food was disappointing, and the uncomfortable bed impacted our rest. Technical problems with the TV and unreliable internet also marred our experience. Issues with shower temperature control added to our discomfort. The lack of an efficient operational system led to confusion in service delivery. The property's rustic charm might attract those seeking a traditional setting, but this was overshadowed by the high pricing. At $550 per night, the cost was excessive given the quality of services and amenities, with a more fitting rate being around $150 per night. In summary, the welcoming staff and rustic appeal were overshadowed by language barriers, discomfort, technical issues, and overpricing. Significant improvements are needed for the property to provide a satisfactory experience and justify its cost.

Tivemos uma experiência excepcional nessa Pousada, atendimento impecável, café da manhã perfeito, o quarto extremamente confortável, sem falar na área de piscina que é super linda e aconchegante. Os proprietários estão sempre presentes e são super gentis, a funcionária Aretha e o Lucas são fantásticos, nos receberam super bem e nos deram várias dicas. Todos os dias quando retornávamos tinha uma mesa com delícias pra gente dar uma petiscada antes do jantar. Podemos dizer que nossa estadia foi perfeita!

Piscina muito boa
Pousada bonita e muito bem cuidada, possui uma piscina muito relaxante com bar molhado. O restaurante da pousada é novo, está em período de ajustes, mas sob o comando de uma chefe de cozinha muito boa. No check in fomos abordados com muita simpatia, mas orientados de muitas regras para utilização da pousada.

Maravilhosa!
Nossa estadia foi maravilhosa, uma semana de descanso e relaxamento. A localização é perfeita, permite fácil acesso à Rua Mucuge e praias. Café da manhã bem servido, o Bistrô da Pousada é excelente, área da piscina muito agradável. A pousada é muito bem cuidado, a equipe está de parabéns! Recomendamos desfrutar do Bistrô Capuchinha!

Paraíso em Arraial
Que Pousada deliciosa! O lugar é lindo, cheio de natureza, o quarto é grande, super confortável e limpíssimo. Fica do lado da Rua Mucugê, mas dentro do quarto é sempre silencioso, mesmo quando está tendo show na rua. A piscina com bar é super gostosa para relaxar depois da praia e o café da manhã variado e delicioso. Todos os funcionários são super atenciosos, simpáticos e prestativos. A localização é perfeita, dá para ir caminhando de dia para a praia (a Mucugê é pertinho, a Pitinga 2,5 km, Pescadores 1,5 km) e de noite fica do lado de todos os bares e restaurantes. Voltaremos com certeza!
