Razoável, poderia ser melhor, em alguns detalhes, como por exemplo os colchões eram velhos e bem sujos, o cafe da manhã deixou a desejar, tinha muita variedade porém muita coisa industrializada como tortas, gelatina e suco salgado, cuscuz doce enfim, mas em compensação quero destacar o atendimento excepcional do Neto e Bruno!! Extremamente simpáticos, educados, solicitos, enfim profissionais impares o hotel está de parabéns por te-los no quadro!!

Melhorar a limpeza.
Poderia ter melhor limpeza nos banheiros, vaso sanitário tem muito tempo que não é bem higienizado, se percebe descuido na manutenção do hotel de forma geral e especialmente na limpeza e higiene. Uma pena, pois, está bem localizada, o café de manhã é bom.

Hotel a fugir se viajar fora de excursion
Ja fomos neste hotel ha 12 anos atrás, era bem melhor. Pedimos no site hotel.com um quarto com uma cama queen, na verdade era 2 camas de solteiro, se separando durante a noite. O quarto ficava ao lado do bar da piscina, muito barulhento. Não entendo porque o hotel autoriza os clientes a levar o som próprio na piscina até 22h00! A energia caiu e voltou mas ficamos sem tv e agua quente durante quase 2h00 no final da tarde. O puxador do banheiro não tava fixado e ficou na mão. Não tinha toalhas de banho qdo chegamos,teve que pedir. Limpeza mais ou menos. Ainda bem que na recepção o pessoal falou que era considerado com quarto de luxo!! Café da manhã repetitivo. Ponto positivo, a localização, perto da agitação de Porto Seguro. Não voltaremos mais neste hotel!

Os quartos, travesseiros fedem mofo,os corredores fedem esgoto. Paredes e teto do quarto estavam mofados. Pior Estadia que tivi. Area da piscina fede cachorro molhada. Em Geral, Não sou uma pessoa exigente, mas foi decepcionante. Pelas fotos parecia ser diferente, nós enganou direitinho. Tivi vontade de sair correndo.

Limpeza boa. A música da piscina era constante. O barulho dos usuários da piscina ecoava dentro do quarto. Pois a sacada do mesmo ficava muito próximo. Para quem vai para descansar não consegue.

Uma experiência razoável. A água tinha cor escura com cheiro forte, e paras escovar usamos agua mineral, porque o gosto da água horrível. A limpeza externa deixou muito a desejar, as acomodações são pequenas e dem conforto pelo valor que pagamos. O atendimento razoável, a atendente do bar do hotelbfoi super grossa com a minha noiva. A localização e ótima, próximo a tudo, e a única coisa que vale a pena.
