Quarto de tamanho muito bom, ótimo banheiro. Pouca to mínima interação com funcionários, mais nada negativo. Café da manhã bom, com exceção das cascas de ovo encontrada todos os dias nos ovos mexidos. Considero o lugar bom, limpo, mais não extraordinário

I forgot my shorts on the room and did call them to recovery it but they said is nothing in the room witch is not true, the housekeeping was extremely rude with me, I will never recommend they services.

Pior estadia que ja tive

Péssima. Inicialmente achei q por 550,00 a diaria haveria estacionamento. Até tinha mas nao suficiente p todos os hospedes. Meu carro teve q ficar na rua. Ao entrarmos no quarto faltou : toalha de rosto, controle da tv e telefone. Com a chuva, a rua da frente alagou com agua na canela, impossível de deixar o carro sem ter q sair do mesmo com agua na canela. Piscina verde, suja e nem dava p ver o fundo... café da manha razoavel. Muito barulho.

Insatisfação

Infelizmente foi uma experiência muito ruim, limpeza do quarto a desejar, banheiro estava sujo e com mofo. Além que não havia tapetes no banheiro, também os travesseiros eram velhos e um deles estava todo mofado e sujo, nojento. Só após muito reclamação as coisas foram melhorando. Não voltarei neste hotel e não recomendo, há outras opções melhores na cidade

Razoável para ruim.

Quando fiz a reserva esperava um Hotel excelente, porém ao chegar o chuveiro estava extremamente quente e o registro de temperar a água espanado. O funcionário não demonstrou nenhum interesse em resolver, depois de umas três idas a portaria ele nos trocou de quarto com má vontade, a parede estava com mofo e os barulhos nos corredores começam cedo com os carrinhos de limpeza, parece um trem dentro hotel. Os funcionários estão muito insatisfeitos com a administração e ficam gritando uns com os outros, (hoje não vou fazer nada) o pão servido no café da manhã estava azedo, os bolos com gosto de farinha e a piscina não estava limpa. Ao solicitar ajuda aos funcionários, parece que estamos pedindo favor pois demonstram incômodo ao serem solicitados. A conservação do hotel não está boa, levando em consideração que é alta temporada. A internet não funcionava no quarto que ficamos. Pelo preço encontra-se hotéis bem melhores, não volto, nem recomendo.

Tudo em si no hotel é ótimo porém os atendentes da recepção deixaram a desejar muita falta de atenção, o chuveiro estava super quente tentamos a todos custa deixar frio e simplesmente não ia e eles nem se quer foram ajustar para gente

Custo benefício perfeito

Os quartos sao bem maiores do que o esperado. O ambiente do hotel é muito gostoso de ficar, faltam alguns detalhes na parte da limpeza, porem, nada que afete o conforto da estadia. O valor pago vale muito a pena, se voltar em porto seguro, com certeza vou para esse hotel novamente.
