Number 12 is a 4 bedroom and 4 bathroom self catering 'holiday let' house centrally located in the Island's capital, Portree. This large house sleeps 6 guests comfortably. The house is situated in a small crescent of similar houses off the main road. Number 12 is a short walk to the village centre and shore (less than 5 minutes) and is the pefect base from which to explore the Island. Off-street parking for up to 4 cars is available on the large block-paved driveway.
This holiday let has an ensuite family room (double and single), a twin ensuite room, a twin room with adjacent shower room and WC and a further ground floor double bedroom also with adjacent shower and WC.

Number 12 has oil fired central heating. There is a large lounge and well-appointed kitchen with dining room. Guests are also free to use the large rear garden.
Make yourself comfortable in this vacation home, which features a fireplace. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. It was a lovely clean place to stay. We were asked ahead of time how we wanted bed configuration, it was suggested we could all have king beds (beds could be pushed together & made up as kings) well none of the 3 beds were like that when we got there. Other than that it was close to shops, places to eat and Portree was lovely

A great house in a great location!
This is a fantastic house in the heart of Portree! If we had had the chance, we could have walked down to the harbor. It was very clean and had everything you would need!

Four friends with plenty of room for each of us to have our own space. After sharing two rooms for the past 8 nights, it as great to be able to stretch out a bit in some private spaces. I will recommend that anyone who books bring their own soap as that was not readily available

Family Trip

Best place!
This property was great! There were four adults that stayed and plenty of room to spread out (but not overly big). The bedrooms and bathrooms were wonderful. The town of portree is adorable but we mostly explored the surrounding areas. Parking is also very easy. We would definitely stay again.

Super clean. Well appointed. Amazing location. Really nice to have a parking spot because we had a nine passenger van to explore the Isle of Skye. Everyone had their own bed. If I had one sadness is that the common area is so tiny compared to the number of people of the house can sleep. There is really only comfortable seating for five people in a very small area. Kitchen well appointed with basic necessities and dishes. Really helpful to have dishwasher and washing machine. Easy walk into town. Loved our time there!

Great quiet location. Nice to have a full house and yard to use.
We enjoyed our stay, and loved having a comfortable living room and dining area while we waited out the rain and a large backyard with a clothes line when it wasn’t raining! Located a short walk up the hill from the grocery store, it’s in very quiet neighborhood. We got spoiled with each having our own bathroom; the hot water is spotty for showers but even the teenagers didn’t mind.

4 day Isle of Skye visit
We had a great time at this property. We used it mainly as a home base to explore the island for several days. It is in short walking distance of anything you need in Portree. Annie was super quick to respond to any questions. The home had everything we needed to rest and recharge each night. Beautiful place and Skye has truly amazing to see.

Great property for larger groups. Well equiped kitchen - everything we wanted was already there. Plenty shower rooms / toilets for the property. Easy parking on the drive. And great location - just a few minutes walk into the centre of Portree. Host responds very quickly to messgaes.

We really enjoyed our stay in this property, it was very handy for a short walk to Portree Town centre. The garden was huge! Our dog loved the space. Lots of room inside too, perfect for a family.

Lovely property and great location. Only downfall was there was only 1 bath towel person and no tumble dryer. So it was handy my mum stays up the road and was able to provide us with extra.
