Room was great except for some loud noises above our room. Almost sounded like someone was dropping something heavy. We also had construction going on right outside our window. Location is great walking distance from shops and restaurants. Breakfast was very good.

Very loud engine, generator noise or some kind of machinery in parking lot outside window at 4am-8am so could not sleep. Parking is $40 and not really explained in description before booking it. Staff friendly, room was clean and comfortable, good location, breakfast good.

Beautiful property with cozy and welcoming lobby. We played games with the kids in front of the fire in the lobby and it was great. Breakfast was amazing, especially the incredible service we got from Tony every morning. I travel a lot and have never a free breakfast where they asked if everyone was all set before closing up. Tony was so accommodating and friendly. I can’t say enough good things about him!

The hotel was beautiful! Staff was accommodating and incredibly nice! Perfect location for walking around the city. Nice coffee shop next door. Only downside was the bathroom was dirty. Hair on the floor and bathtub dirty.

I know this needed to be done - but they were sealing the floor in the parking garage. The entire lobby reeked and staying in the downstairs area longer than 5 minutes gave you a headache. I applaud the desk employees that had to put up with that all day. We were on the fifth floor and the smell was very faint there and acceptable. I wish they had warned us in advance and quite frankly this is a pretty expensive hotel and some type of reduction in rate should have been given.
