I checked into room 17A at 4pm and everything was fine, hung by the pool, showered, and up to the beach for dinner/drinks. As soon as I ordered, Janmere called me telling me they had given me the wrong room and needed me to go back there for a switch. I told them 45 minutes, but they left me a message that they would be moving my stuff out. I was irate, telling them this was not my fault and to not touch my stuff, I had to get my meal to go and hurry back. I feel I should get one night's refund, as they ruined my first night there
