Some loud people on our floor at night ruined an otherwise good experience at this hotel. Staff were friendly and competent. Pool and hot tub were nice. Breakfast was standard. Please add bagels to your menu items, and brown sugar.

The lobby looks very nice. The hotel rooms and hallways require updating and cleaning as there are musty smells. The front desk and hotel staff are lovely and accomodating. We realized the toilet wasnt working when we checked in but had to leave right away. They offered to change our room and had already had it fixed upon our return.

Not quite right
We were greeted with a very pleasant and friendly check-in clerk. However, upon check-in, it was clear to us that the bathroom was not cleaned properly. There were remnants (and I'll leave it at that) of the previous occupants. That was enough to gross my wife out and she wasn't comfortable staying. It was late and we had traveled the whole day, we just went to bed. Hotel was dated and it is not in Portsmouth (it's close), but it's not Portsmouth. It was located in a pretty industrial/commercial area. The common areas were tidy, and it seemed like the owners attempted to keep the property up, it's just dated. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked and breakfast was good. Not a total loss, but after we saw that the bathroom was not clean, we were grossed out and not terribly comfortable to stay.

We drove from New-Brunswick for a trip and stayed here 3 nights. Very nice place to stay. Staff was very friendly, many good options for breakfast. Good size pool and hot tub. Would stay here again.

Expensive for an average hotel, however it was the little things that made up for it maybe not financially but in other ways. Best shower head I have had in a hotel and I have stayed in better hotels. The breakfast is great with waffles, eggs, sausage, and everything else of a continental breakfast. However the area around the pool and hot tub is very slippery when there is any bit of water on it, my fiancé slipped, fell and hurt herself. Good thing they have cameras that record and can see it.

definitely could have been cleaner. Our room definitely smelled bad. Also our air conditioner unit had mold in it. Also my parents coffee pot was moldy and their shower was dirty.
