Best food of any other resort I have been to. Many staff members were so unfriendly. We usually tip so well, we brought lots of tipping money back this time when we normally have to go get more

I had a great time at Divi All Inclusive. The resort offers a variety of food and activities. For those with kids, the sister resort Tamarjin offers activities and care for kids too. I also appreciated that the hotel provides reusable water bottles and fresh water stations around the resort. The Aruba sun is hot - sunscreen is a must! But totally worth putting on so you can sit by the pool/beach and relax. Try the strawberry margarita on the rocks!

The surface around the pool was very slippery even when slightly wet. I wish there were more daily activities like Zumba classes. Or Salsa classes - the one that was scheduled was cancelled. Or Yoga classes.

The beach access was great. White sand beach steps away and not crowded. Unfortunately, the food was not good and some staff members were not friendly (others were wonderful). We ended up eating our meals at the sister property (Tamarijn) The food at the sister property was fantastic and the service was exceptional but their beach area is very crowded and not as nice. So it matters what you prefer, it is an easy stroll between properties or they have golf cart shuttles constantly going.

Our room had water leaks after heavy rain at night. My family’s adjoining room also had even more water requiring a move. It was also very loud at night in our room off the main pool. This is our fourth time staying at the Divi and the only time we had issues.

Hi! It was a horrible vacation, actually you ruined our vacation. We came to the airport 3 hours before our flight to Aruba. And then we’re waiting for our boarding doing nothing, just waiting. Our group was F that’s why we had to stay at the end of the line. Then when it was our turn they told us that we don’t have ED card. We started to fill out the card but they didn’t give us even one minute to finish and they closed the gates saying nothing. They were also another people left with us. Why no one send us the email before that we need to fill out ED card? We wanted to book next flight to Aruba but we had to pay $2000 more and wait too many hours. Then 4 people from our flight that they were at the same situation told us that they went to the customer service and they gave them free flight but for tomorrow. We went and they gave us a free flight too. But we already missed one day of our vacation, plus we had too much stress. Next day we came to Aruba and they didn’t give us a ride to the hotel ( that we paid) because it was yesterday. They told us to wait half an hour and then we took a taxi. When we came to the hotel they told us that they don’t have our room with king bed and ocean view anymore . They gave us a room with 2 queen beds instead with the construction view and with the drill working so loud every day. And the room and the furniture is so old there, it doesn’t worth the money that we paid. We have the video with the construction that we want to post too.

Some of the staff were great but others were not. I fainted outside one of the restaurants one day and it took them almost half an hour to get a wheelchair. They helped me back to the room but no one checked in on me for the remainder of our stay. We called the first day to have toilet and light fixed and maintenance never came
