I was very impressed with everything from arrival to departure. The staff was. incredible. The food at the restaurant was great! I will be staying here every time I can when I am in town from here on out!

The dining was great but if staying there ask if there’s an event going on and if so I don’t recommend staying there. You can hear everything from what’s going on at the event to all the people yelling down the hallway to others. The grounds were beautiful and bakery/coffee shop also great. My room also had sticky stuff on the counters and hand prints all over the windows. No VIP perks at all.

We were surprised at the spacious room. Seating was comfortable however, the bed was just ok. There is a bar directly beliw the rooms, and WOW do these golfer people know how to party! On a Thursday night, no less! They finally settled down around 11 pm enough for us to get some sleep. The shower is HUGE! Loved the nearby bakery/coffee place. Overall, was ok.

Tried to cancel reservation due knee injury but because it was only two days notice they said I would be charged, they did not care less that I could not walk, since this was going to be a golf trip it was going to difficult to golf on one leg. Stayed there Friday night May 9 had a terrible stay due to loud noise late at night. So both stays I would rate the worst experience ever. We did not show up for our Sunday May 11 reservation or cancel because they were complete jerks about everything.

They were having so type of entertainment that was extremly loud and we called the front desk they said there was nothing they could do about it, if we would have been informed before hand we would of never stayed and never will again. Half the night was loud and noisy unable to get to sleep. Worst place we have ever stayed. Do not know who designed it but was very different.

Great place to stay!

Great place to stay, very clean and the room was huge! They had a restaurant and bar down stairs that was convenient. Great food by the way. It felt newly constructed. I was there on business and would return for a weekend of golf.

The hotel is fabulous!!! The restaurant was great- we had dinner and lunch there. The rooms are huge and so many conveniences within the building. The coffee shop is so good! I will always stay here when I’m going to Post Falls and Spokane.
