Liked that it was easy to get to downtown and on the freeway. But didn’t seem to be anything fancy for what it was worth. Pool was kinda dirty but had toys and stuff for the kids.

Arrived on prepaid reservation. No TV, asked how to make it right, they stated there was nothing they could do because the room was already paid for...not interested in customer service at all, beware of the management here, poor attitude and 0 care once they have your money.

Very nice
This was just a quick overnight stop halfway home. My room was clean and comfortable and this may be my new stopping point as I had a horrible experience with staff 2 weeks ago at a local motel and I will never go back there again. I felt safe here and that is important.

A great Stay!
We requested a ground floor room handicap accessible room for my disabled mom and the hotel accommodated our request. We were able to park right outside the door as well which made coming and going much easier. The room had plenty of space for us and was very clean. The shower had great hot water and pressure. The TV was a nice size and we enjoyed watching the Olympics in the evening. Every employee we spoke to was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. The area was kept clean and the food was restocked quickly as it ran low. The bread/pastry options were limited to toast and plain bagels. The only "complaint" is that there was no fruit. We had our dogs with us and the potty area was great. It was spacious (although it is right next to a busy road) and well lit. A garbage can and bag dispenser were available as well. There was some noise from the busy road but it did not cause any sleep issues. We had a room with an adjoining door and we could hear the voices next door. Getting in and out could be difficult as there is only one entrance/exit and that road is busy. We just lucked out each time we came and went. I would definitely stay here again if my travels bring my back to Bend Oregon.
