From the moment we arrived the staff (an older man) tried to squeeze every penny out of us. Hardly put our bags down when he was trying to sell us a safari, we had already booked one and he was visibly displeased at this and shouted down to other staff that we had already booked. We were starving upon arrival and he offered lunch, and made it seem like they only had curry on offer.. we later discovered there was in fact a menu he did not show us. The curry was more expensive thing on offer. He then tried to get us to agree to dinner and again, was visibly annoyed that we declined. The staff stared at us whenever we were in a public area including when eating, it was so uncomfortable to feel your every move was being watched. I was taking tablets at one stage and the man commented on me taking medicine and tried to get me to buy a bottle of water - this was unbelievable, using my not feeling well as an oppurtinity to make money.
The room was clean until i went to bed and discovered bugs in the bed and the droppings of bed bugs. Absolutely horrific! Made for a sleepness night.
They also added a service charge to our already overly expensive lunch, we are guests in your home.. surely that is not necessary and there was no service.
Honestly do not stay here, the most uncomfortable experience I have ever had.
