The house is on two (2) floors and is very spacious and comfortable.
The two bedrooms are on the ground floor and each has two twin beds. Each bedroom has a large walk in wardrobe, chest of drawers and en-suite shower / toilet. Patio doors from the bedrooms lead onto the courtyard. There is a single foldaway bed suitable for a child or small adult for additional use if needed.
On the first floor is a large spacious open lounge and dining area. The lounge is very comfortable and has nice views of the gardens and the valley. The dining area has a farmhouse dining table with seating for six (6) people. The lounge is also equipped with a TV / video (CD & VMS), and a writing desk.
On the first floor is a large open sitting room and dining area with seating for six (6) people. The area is equipped with a writing desk, TV / video (CD) and a well-stocked bookcase.
The fully fitted kitchen is just off the dining room and is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, cooker and fridge
The house has been renovated to a very high standard with all modern utilities but it still retains its original ambience and period style. The positioning of the house coupled with the old thick granite walls ensure, a pleasant temperature in the house all year round - even in the height of the summer.
The house originally housed the farm workers on the first floor with the larger farm animals sleeping below - when the house was a working-farm it was traditional for the workers to sleep above the animals for the additional warmth they brought.
The house is strictly non-smoking.
