The glass door of the shower was somehow leaking which made the floor wet. We almost slipped for a few times. Otherwise the experience was perfect. Friendly staff. Really close to the Prague Castle and underground railway and tram station.

Probably a three stars hotel
Broken door, uncomfortable bed, didn't make the bed, and once left cups dirty in the room. The receptionists were polite. This hotel shouldn't be a five stars one. Some of the stuff they have listed, such as sauna and spa are add-ons and not cheap.

We found everything very clean. The only negative would be the carpet stains and worn out seat cushions in sitting area. Bathroom was roomy, modern and luxurious. Bed very comfortable. Great breakfast

Very nice hotel
The most exciting features of this hotel are its convenient walkable location to the city’s primary sites; many of the rooms have in-room jacuzzi tubs; and has very nice breakfast buffet with a great coffee/cappuccino machine. The beds are comfortable, and once you request sufficient bedding (initially: twin size comforter, and two pillows). The hotel’s overall decor is dated and tired (circa 1992) and could use a refresher.

The staff was amazing. It is like a B&B environment with the amenities of a full hotel. They are kind, attentive, and had great suggestions of places to go and tours to take. The hotel is a great, quiet location just outside of town (10-15 minute walk max from most locations or a 5-10 euro Uber ride if you can't do all the walking). Highly recommended. If I visit Prague again I'll definitely look to stay here again!

Stayed for 3 nights in a junior suite. Very spacious room , great large bathroom all very nice and clean. Staff were very pleasant and polite. Hotel is very convenient for the old town just a ten minute walk over the bridge. Breakfast was fine...all in all a very nice hotel that was very good value for what we paid. Strongly recommend it.

On arrival the staff were more than helpful. Nicholl , who did the bookings for trips etc was very apt at recommending places and activities. Thanks to her we enjoyed a wonderful tour of the city in one of the vintage cars and also had an enjoyable evening on the jazz boat cruise. Recommend everyone has at least one meal at the hotel !!!! Breakfast , too was delightful.

The hotel was a great value (first week in November). Prague Castle, Vltava River, Charles Bridge, Old Town and Letná Park can be reached by walking only 5-15 minutes. The staff was extremely helpful, our room (Deluxe) quite large and luxurious. The breakfast buffet is outstanding. We were allowed to keep our car in the garage for a few hours after checkout time.
