Location was great, transportation within few minutes of walking on metro A. Lot of small shop on Vinohradska street. Hotel is very clean with elevator. Now the problems, in the room not enough space for luggage, seating was very uncomfortable, chairs neet to be replaced. Taking shower, temperature was hard to control and to exit shower is for elderly people not safe.

The hotel was very good and excellent location, the breakfast was excellent. The staff were very friendly. The only criticism i have is that its a shame there's no bar or restaurant for evening meals

The property is very close to a metro station, our room was very clean an spacious, the breakfast exceeded my expectations since we are vegetarians. The only thing I think they should improve is that their staff other than the reception desk should learn a bit more English. They are a great host. I would lodge there again definitely.

I love this hotel. The service is good including breakfast and beautiful dinning room. The lady in the front desk is very nice and helpful, plus she's working really hard; The hotel room is big and it's remodeled very well. If we'll have another visit to Prague, we'll certainly stay in this hotel again.
