Our room was comfortable. It was well attended to by maid service. The breakfast was very good- a lot of healthy choices and also delicious pastries and coffees. The location was also great. Not in the thick of things but very walkable.

I like this hotel very much. I have stayed here the few times I have been in Prague. I like the closeness to Wenceslas Square, Old Town Square, Charles Bridge. I like the convenience of being near enough to the metro and to autobus lines as well as the walking distance to the areas mentioned above. I feel safe at this hotel. I like the fact that while it is close to the tourist areas, it is quiet. The rooms that I have stayed in are always immaculate upon my arrival. Breakfast, which is free, is very good with many food and beverage choices. The staff and front desk personnel are always friendly and helpful.

Stay away from this place. Pictures on Expedia is not accurate, property does not look anything like the pictures. We requested parking and we knew it was 30 Euro a day. When we got to our room. Front desk called and said our car is too low to park in parking. We drive a basic BMW. They told us the street parking is our option for the same price, but for that we have to pay cash. Street parking was not 30 euro a day but at that point we were afraid not to take their offer as for sure that was a way fot someone yo collect cash. I asked got receipt and got one sentence hand written. Also if you had booked on line third party they put on lower level and breakfast was served in a different room. Carpets were dirty. We have been traveling in Europe for the past five weeks and booked with Expedia, this was the worse hotel I have ever stayed in. Again pictures are nothing like the actual hotel, great photographer and lots of filter.

A gem in the heart of Prague
This is a lovely hotel central to transport and the old town. Walkable distances to most tourist attractions. Good choice of breakfasts and discounted cocktails in the evening. Reception staff very helpful and friendly. I can definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent stay in Prague
