A vast majority of the staff were very courteous and welcoming. The location was excellent and tourist sites, shopping areas and restaurants were all within walkable distance.

Large clean rooms, close to many good restaurants and shopping. The breakfast buffet is amazing , if you can’t find something to eat then you need to see a shrink!!

Nice fish that I would happily stay in again.
I was very pleased with this hotel. The room was well stocked with the things you need and a little bit more. This means they care about your stay and that is very much appreciated. I enjoyed the breakfast, lots of options and variety including things not found at other hotels. The security/hallway guy was a highlight. He was helpful and friendly.

We liked the hotel and the location but our first room had 12 stairs up to the door-the lift didn’t have access to our room? We were not offered luggage assistance at the front desk when given this room. We had to request another room because this didn’t work for us. We were put in another room that was much smaller and we were not given our vip wine in our new room. The front desk staff just didn’t seem helpful with the room, luggage assistance and when I went to ask questions they would just refer me to a colleague. The breakfast was very nice and the staff in the restaurant were pleasant and we enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning. Nice hotel but I think the front desk staff should be more helpful

The property is maintained well and quiet, and the room was comfortable. Amenities in the room included a Nespresso machine and a refrigerator. The staff were quick at addressing a concern, and the morning breakfast is great!

The perfect location for a downtown Old Prague visit. Mostly English-speaking guests. Parking is available for a fee (four secure spaces accessible only with concierge assistance) for those on road trips, though I frankly don't recommend driving into downtown Old Prague unless you are arriving at night. Prague is very, very bustling during the day, with electric street cars sharing the same lanes as cars. We stayed in a executive king suite which is on two levels -- bed on the second level and the bathroom on the first level; so perhaps not a good choice for elderly or mobility-restricted guests. Bathrooms are very nice with suburb hot water pressure. The rooms are equipped with a easy-to-operate Nespresso machine for coffee or hot water for tea and a small fridge. Bottled water is provided as a courtesy. For morning-workout folks, the fitness center is first-class. My only recommendation would be for the hotel to place an area rug in the living area of the room, which would improve the coziness and the quiet of the room. I definitely would stay here again on a return visit to lovely Prague!
