The pool was colder than we'd have liked. The mini fridge didn’t work. Multiple places to eat nearby. Friendly, helpful staff. Easy to walk to the river and the Christmas markets. Blackout curtains, quiet room. In summer, I'm sure the roof bar is great.

Cold swimming pool which was the feature why we selected this hotel. I was denied room service as they are very short staffed. Breakfast very limited and untasty flavors. Water pressure on shower was low, impossible to take a proper shower. 2.5 stars at the most, will not recommend

Nice size rooms always seemed clean staff were always friendly great location next to a metro and tram stops but also walking distance to main square gym needs attention. swimming pool was good as was sauna i would stay here again.

Good base for Prague
We were interrailing as a family and stayed 2 nights. Novotel was convenient, offered a great breakfast and used both the swimming pool and gym during our stay.
