The bed was clean and comfortable. Good amount of firmness, great sheets. Room was clean and quiet. Staff were polite. Area was conveniently located near public transport. Easy to walk to the sites as well. I would stay here again.

This property may be one of the best hotels in Prague as it is across the street from the old town square (you just need to use the zebra crossing and you’re there!) on top of being clean, aesthetic and providing amazing staff service. The bathrooms are elegant and newly renovated and there’s a sauna, steam room, gym and rooftop hot tub for guests. Bathroom slippers and robes are provided and there is an amazing restaurant on site as well. I can’t give this a high enough rating!

The only reason this hotel earns two stars instead of one is its central location and the manager’s effort to partially redeem a terrible breakfast experience by waiving the charge. Otherwise, the hotel is old and poorly maintained. The room we stayed in had a terrible odor, forcing us to keep the windows open day and night to air it out. It smelled of stale body odor, as if it hadn’t been ventilated in a long time. The gym is tiny and almost unusable, and the spa amenities are extremely minimal. The worst part of the stay, however, was the breakfast. The buffet was sparse and disappointing, yet they charged an astonishing 35 euros per person. While this included one entrée, you could easily find a better, more reasonably priced breakfast at numerous restaurants or cafés nearby. The restaurant manager’s behavior was even more appalling. Shortly after removing our plates—while we were still drinking our coffee—she approached us with the card reader in hand and asked, “Can you pay now?” This was surprising and unprofessional, especially since they knew we were hotel guests; we had checked in upon arrival. I agreed to charge it to the room, but when I gave her the name of our suite (which doesn’t have a number), she demanded the room number, becoming increasingly impatient. I clarified again that it was a suite name, not a number, but she made us feel rushed and unwelcome. After paying, she returned, insisting she “needed to explain” why she asked for the room number and accus

The hotel and Expedia disagreed on whether breakfast waa included; Expedia says it was and the hotel says it wasn't, I didn't fight it. But verify before you expect.
