It's certainly impressive walking up to the Villa and the grounds are lovely, with interesting sculptures and light features.
You know when you expect something and get something else? I had expected a unique bedroom in the Villa and instead, there are two basic, utilitarian outbuildings on the property, almost like servants quarters, and that's where my small room was located.
Having been told the hours the dining room was open (stunning room by the way), I went for dinner there at 1930, when it closed at 2100, waited, and waited, and when I tracked someone down, I was told it closed at 1930 as they were having a wedding the next day. The suggestion was that in the dark and rain, in an area of the city I'd never been in, I should walk through some streets for about 1/2 a kilometer to look for a restaurant. This could have been prevented if advised correctly of the early dining room closure when I checked in at 1700.
