Check was extremly difficult and time consuming.First room i was given the bathroom sink and tub would not drain. Was given an upgrade and the second room the bathroom sink would not drain but the tub would drain so i compromised for that. You have to take stairs to the second floor and the stair well was full of garbage bags and smelt terrible. Just overall upkeep and clenliness is sub par.Super disappointed and will not be returning.

This is one of our favorite places to stay because of the tropical gardens inside the hotel. The Continental breakfast has gone downhill recently, used to have a large selection of breakfast choices now it is small thin pancakes and fruit cups.

Our room was on the ground floor and it was VERY noisy. Pool was working but the hot tub has been broken for quite some time, the pool towels were not regulary stocked. The shower in our room was lukewarm and there were no facecloths provided. The chair in our room was broken with nails sticking out. It is pet-friendly, the garden atmosphere is nice and the gym did the trick, but is nothing fancy and there wasn't anything provided to wipe the equipment down. Overall this hotel meets the bare minimum and we will not be staying there again.

The plants were very cool but the whole place smelled weird like mold and mildew. The hot water did not last long while showering. The lights kept flickering There was dust and dirt on one of the shelves in the room. The room was very cold when we first got to it and when we turned the heat on it blew out a bunch of dust. The stairs in the hallway looked very unclean. The parking lot was packed full there was nowhere for us to park so we had to park along the street. Over all the place just gave me a very unclean feeling. We will not be staying there again
