Booked for an overnight family stay. It room did not feel clean and the tub was clogged and wouldn't drain. The parking and area around the building didn't feel very safe. We stayed here last month and our sink was clogged and when we asked them to fix it (which they did right away) they left quite a mess for us to clean up. We tried them again this month and had a clogged tub. Not sure I would try them a third time. On a positive note, the continental breakfast is very nice

Had to ask for towels everytime family went into the pool.in our room only received 2 bath towels. No bath mat, no small hand towels, no face cloths. At breakfast, no attendant on sight. Worker behind check in desk came by sporadically to refill items, wipe tables, empty garbage. Went to ask worker for more juice,creamer.. had to wait. Went back and told them would like those items before the breakfast area closed for the day. Was asked at end of stay how we liked our stay. Told him about towel situation in room. No apology, no response.

Super busy in PG wasn’t a lot of options for rooms, being we were travelling late getting in around 10, we booked at the super 8, the first room had multiple fly’s on the floor and in the the toilette, we went to the front desk the lady was was helpful and was able to get us a new room which was much cleaner with no flys. This facility is getting old and could use some updating.

When I booked a room, I booked a pet friendly room which is $15.00 more than the exact room but not "pet friendly". I have no issue with that because you usually pay more for a pet friendly room OR you pay the same rate for the room but there is an additional fee at check in for your pet. However, when I checked in I was told that I have to pay an additional $23! for my pet on top of the already more expensive room. Nowhere on the site did it say there would be an additional fee for my pet, like there is on other sites when you pay the same rate for the room. When I said that I already paid additional for the "pet friendly" room, I was told some bogus story about it being a third party which doesn't make sense because hotels give third party booking agencies the conditions of the hotel. I then checked on the hotels actual site and the same info was given.....more cost for the pet friendly room but nothing about any additional fees. What a scam. Additionally, the bedspreads on our beds were covered in various stains which is disgusting and the door frame looked like it was broken.

The only thing I disliked was the smokers and all the cigarette butts right where you have to park out front while checking in. Walking to a nearby restaurant we had to walk through several smokers and over the littered ground of butts. Perhaps an ashtray would be a good addition there ?

Okay facility but could be so much more.

Beds were comfortable but we had the room with 3 beds and the front room with bed had no air conditioning and was very warm. The staff is not very friendly at all, saw quite a few that ignored us or gave blank stares, really looked like they dont want to be there at all. The hot tubs were boarded up and it doesn't look like they ever plan on repairing them. It was okay and basic which was a bit disappointing with such a unique garden they could really shine in PG if they chose but dont seem to care
