1. Healthy option breakfast wasn’t available 2. Dirty and smelly stairs as well as rug carpet 3. Water dispenser not available 4. Heavy sounds and noises from tilers working right by my door made sleep impossible . 5. The restaurant menu was typical of Indian cuisine effectively shutting out customers like me of diverse ethnic backgrounds. 6. I won’t recommend this facility to friends or family. Hopefully they raise the bar in services and standards soon. Thank you.

We had MICE in our room!!!! Not to mention all the trip hazards trying to walk over laid out tiles and carpet from Reno’s they were doing. Unsafe! My visually impaired daughter almost tripped several times trying to navigate the items that were left on the floor! Then I am sitting in the room ordering food when I look down and see a mouse looking at me from behind the bed! Called front desk to ask for a new room and she asked if we used the room at all?? WHY DOES THAT MATTER!? We were in it for 30min when we find a mouse! We got changed to a new room after only a “sorry about that.” And the new room was in horrible condition. Noisy, dirty, needs Reno’s! The restaurant on site however was AMAZING! This is the place for Indian food! Yum-eee!!!

There were stains on the bedding and the room needs to be updated. The bathroom sink is cracked, the beds moved around when you tried to sit on the end, the grout in the shower looked dirty, the door hinges were rusty. Room was substandard and not worth the $170 price. Very disappointed and I won’t ever stay here again.

Inexpensive stay, but disappointing.

Check-in was quick and the front desk attendant was friendly. The courtyard walk to our room was disappointing as the upkeep of the tropical atmosphere that I grew up enjoying when visiting as a kid has not been maintained, and instead of maintaining the numerous pools and hot tubs, they have just covered them over. The room was small and smelled heavily of air freshener, and the bed was pretty worn out, happy that the old carpet had been replaced with laminate. Pool and gym were shut at 9pm so was unable to enjoy either on our schedule. Tropical oasis in the North has been neglected for too long, very disappointing.

Dirty, musky smelling rooms. Horrible breakfast, pool areas disgraceful with wooden cover over what once were hot tubs. When asked at front desk they said tubs have been closed for years.
