Heating system did not work all night. 65 degrees in the room when we set up the temperature to 72 (then 74 then 78 then 83 then 84). It was freezing overnight and checked out one day early. Reception did not even bat an eye or offer a refund or credit for another time or anything

I have not. The windows in suite 520 were not winterized and cold air was seeping through. There was only thin blanket, not a regular comforter, so I had to run to Costco to buy an extra blanket. The heating unit in the window was as loud as washer and dryer combined. So, no the stay was not as expected. Sincerely, Natalia Bondarenko.
