This hotel is well designed and every detail is beautiful. The room was clean and comfortable. The bar was lovely and the bartenders were friendly. Three things that could be improved: 1) there was no parking available on property because it was full so they suggested we go across the street to a lot, which was convenient and fine, but they should have suggested we leave our luggage before sending us away to park. 2) There seemed to be employees greeting guests when they come in and out at times, but never did they help with opening the door. It just would have been a nice touch. 3) I mentioned when I booked that we would be celebrating a milestone birthday. Some small token of acknowledgement in our room would have been appreciated. If I were to stay in Princeton again, I would definitely choose this gorgeous and clean hotel again.

All Departments were fabulous.
The bartenders were fantastic. Friendly and informative. Valets took great care of my vehicle that was having issues. Room was immaculate. Front desk staff were very friendly.

We thought the hotel seemed very nice. The check in was a bit strange, with a charge of $75 with no explanation what it was for. During our stay the elevators broke and we had to use the service elevators. We also did not receive any new soap though our room was made up. During our lunch, I was overcharged by almost $80 and it turns out our tab was merged with another groups and we were charged a corporate tip. The service at the restaurant was good during breakfast, poor during lunch. Overall, it was an ok stay but not sure we will be back.

Great place, very clean. Rooms are small but every corner is nice and clean. We were unfortunate to have construction going on. So not fun in the morning.
