This was the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. The lobby furniture was filthy. The carpet in the hallways were filthy, littered with trash and dry gum. When i got to my 1st room, as soon as i opened the door, there was an awful smell, like the room hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The bed coverings had stains and the floor was sticky. I told Justice at the front desk (who was an amazing person). Justice gave me another room. It smelled clean, but really wasn't. After my sin and i took a shower, we noticed that walking from the shower to the bed, that the bottom of our feet got filthy. I decided to lay towels across the floor, from the bathroom to the bed area. When i looked at the floor and under the bed, it looked liked tye floor hadn't been seept or washed in quite sometime. There was food debris, trash and other debris along the floor, and under the furniture throughout the room. The next day, i told the front desk girl about the issue and asked if someone could wash my floor, even giving a tip of $5.00 to do so. When my son and i got home that evening, the floor was never washed. Also, i had to clean the pubic hair out of the unwashed shower.

Bedsheets had red stains, walls had stains,when turning on bathroom lights it made a loud banging noise. In addition I could hear the 95 south highway car noises so clearly. This is a pet friendly hotel and there was a grey bulldog being walked around while I was checking in. This dog looked like he could eat me. I felt unsafe.

Very thin walls! We could hear the TV from other rooms, there was also a lot of adult activity that was very noisy. For the bedding, there was just one sheet, no blanket, and three flat pillows for two adults.

My room was clean and luckily I had no issues with bugs. HOWEVER, I don't think the carpet in the hallways has ever been cleaned. If you want housekeeping you have to request it and pay extra. The laundry room doesn't have a change machine, they don't keep quarters at the front desk, and the machines don't take cards. The employees were blasting a radio in the hallway and never seemed to be at the front desk when I needed them. I had a kitchenette but NO dishes nor silverware... not even an individually wrapped dispisable cup to take my medication. Since it's an Extended Stay, some people were residents. My hallway smelled like cat urine/litter boxes and when I mentioned it to staff, they said they allowed dogs but were sure they didn't have cats. I've had cats and I know that smell. I wondered how they would know if there's no housekeeping staff entering the rooms. I said, "You might not think there are cats here, but I'm telling you there are." It was brushed under the rug like I was the one who didn't know what I was talking about. Also, don't rely on the grab & go breakfast. It's pre-packaged dry muffins and packaged oatmeal. I will not be staying there again, or at least until it's under new management.

I immediately checked out after seeing and smelling the room. Front desk was supposed to process cancellation but apparently I will have additional issues once I return home

Room Size Was Great. Room Was Clean, But Could Use A Deep Cleaning. Did Not Receive Adequate Amount Of Toiletries And Towels. Hallway Carpet Was Filthy And Needs Replaced! Noisy Neighbors Across Hall And Above Us. Seems As If The Hotel Has Some Permanent Residents There?/?

Good location and nice staff, but a lack up upkeep on the property. I stayed in two rooms over my stay. One smelled heavily of cigarettes (even though the hotel is ostensibly non-smoking) and the other room had a used condom on the floor. These aspects were off-putting, but otherwise the stay was good.

Didn't get to stay at the property as they decide to cancel our booking at the last minute. They didn't consider it necessary to inform us just informed Expedia instead. Also expedia decided to send an email the night before the booking, strangely the booking still showed active on the app after cancelation.

Terrible experience, we drove 5.5 hrs just to find out our room was dirty and they unfortunately overbooked and couldn’t provide any other room. Staff weren’t even at the front desk, when we pulled in, they were getting out of the car. A music was blasting in their back room behind the front desk. Unsafe atmosphere, unprofessional staff, that provides zero resolution and zero care.
