The first level bedrooms have queen size premium beds and are on opposite sides of the entrance hallway- perfect for privacy and next to one of the two decks. On the same level- a Laundry closet and a recently updated full bath.

Gorgeous main deck with cushioned seating areas, Weber Grill and outdoor al fresco dining for 6; perfect for summer entertaining. Relax all day watching the cape light change. Take in sunsets and star gazing nights.

Up one flight is the master suite with a peak at the ocean and monument views. Bath has two vessel sinks and oversize stone shower with multiple water jets for you and a friend.

Very nice deck

This is a nice apartment in good condition. The apartment is on the second and third floors of a house so if you have problems with stairs this would not be good. The layout is a little quirky with two very small bedrooms on the lower floor, and a HUGE master suite on the upper floor. There is a large deck that is lovely with some areas in the sun and some areas in the shade. Many of the windows face Bradford Street which can be noisy, but the windows must be triple glazed because it was nice and quiet inside.

Lovely Condo!

Jim’s property was comfortable and clean. The kitchen was easily one of the most well stocked I’ve encountered in a rental. Location was great for exploring P-town on foot or bicycle. And I must add, it was quite refreshing to find art in a short term rental that was tasteful and appeared to be made by real humans :)Thanks Jim!

Plenty of room and all the utensils and cookery needed for a nice cozy stay during a blustery March week. 1 block from Commercial Street and a quick drive to Stop and Shop made it very convenient. My initial impression was worrisome because I entered and the place had been overlooked on the cleaning schedule. As soon as I contacted the host, Jim, he was ON IT. I was the first of six friends to arrive so I just let them know we were going to divert for a little bit to Liz's Cafe/Bar which is only a few steps away! The staff there was so kind and fun. It's a cozy place and we just went for drinks. Very well-crafted cocktails. We got back with the cleaning staff still there but they were FABULOUS! Moving quickly, thoroughly and quietly while being friendly too. They had done the living room and kitchen first so we could hang out and start dinner, We truly enjoyed our time there. Due to weather we did not get to use the deck but it would have been great. The space was perfect for six, the beds were comfortable, (could have some softer, less full pillow options though). The bedroom to the left as you walk in was colder than others...maybe the two outside walls? There was a non-functioning tub in the upstairs and although there were two showers it seemed that showering one at a time was best for cold/hot water. Not really able to sit formally for dinner but fantastic for hanging out, talking, noshing, playing games and enjoying friend time. Beautiful light in morning in the living room and kitchen. Walkable to downtown. Overall we would stay there again.
