Great location and beautiful views!
You couldn't ask for a better location in Provincetown! Property is nicely appointed and the view is spectacular. 2nd bedroom is quite small and storage is limited (great for a long weekend but would be hard for a long stay). Communication was clear, responsive and easy.

Great Ptown harbor views
We had a great time at this property. The views of the harbor and all the fishing fleet activity, sunrises, sunset colors, were outstanding..The gas fireplac made it cozy in the fall winds, the TV was fun for sports events, and there were many nice touches - old books on Provincetown, good quality binocs for watching the bay, etc., The property manager was very responsive to text questions and any minor concerns.

The host cancelled our booking 30 days from check in in July. Had to scramble to find alternative accommodation which isn’t reasonable in Cap Cod in July. Would never book with this host again.

Great Property in the center of it all
We greatly enjoyed the stay. The property is located in the center of town, but tucked away from the busy street, so it feels secluded and private. Easy check in process and great dedicated parking one block away.

Location and view from the unit were fantastic. The unit was very comfortable for the two of us. The A/C and dryer were not working and there were damp towels in the dryer when we checked in. This was promptly resolved. We were disappointed to find open and expired food in the kitchen cabinets. The kitchen cabinets were cluttered with food items and miscellaneous things. It was difficult to find a place for our own non-refrigerated items. Communication with the property manager was acceptable but not great.

Wonderful condo on the water. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with high-end appliances. The deck overlooking the harbor was fantastic for coffee and cocktails in the morning and evening. Keith was very accessible and responded very quickly. We would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful and just what you hope for!
This was a fantastic trip all around. The waterfront penthouse is not only a prime location on the beach, it's the perfect location in the city too with the heart of the town all just steps away. Our mornings started with coffee on the open deck or inside with the gorgeous view you want to just stay there forever. It was so peaceful any time of the day. The town is absolutely charming and quaint like you imagine when you're looking at magazines and everything you expect and more. We road bikes along the seaside and through the neighborhoods and of course the darling city. If I go back to Cape Cod, I would certainly try to stay here again. The only "minus" was that the bikes were locked in a storage unit that we couldn't get the correct code for so we couldn't used the bikes as part of the package. The Property Manager was very responsive and tried to help by contacting the owners but we never got the code so we just rented our own. However, we had such a wonderful time in all aspects, we truly left with great memories and wanting to come back. Exactly what we wanted out of our trip to Cape Cod!

Left without a place to stay
Received an email at 0754 on the day we were supposed to check in, stating the reservation was cancelled due to a water leak. We totally understand unforeseen circumstances, but we’re greatly disappointed that we were not given any other options for a stay, considering we had already flown into Boston the night before. Unable to book a stay that started on the same day of a search on Vrbo, we had no choice but to go to a different company, found a fabulous place with more space and amenities which cost less money, and had an over the top accommodating owner who rushed cleaning and got us in same day after hearing about what had happened. I will say that the property manager of the cancelled place did allow us to use the parking space after we asked for access. This was definitely helpful. Bottom line…I’m sure this is a beautiful place and don’t want to speak negatively about the property, but I do feel the property manager could have handled this differently and strongly suggest that some sort of backup plan or assistance be provided if a same day cancellation is necessary.

Gorgeous condo, perfect location, wonderful host
This is a stunning condo, the view is outstanding-each morning, with the change in tides and light levels, it looks totally different. The location is perfect-amazing to be right in the centre of P'town, but still have a bay view. The unit is very well equipped, and spotlessly clean. Keith, the host, is very responsive and helpful, he's the perfect host. The only down side of our stay was having to leave. This is a gem of a property.

Great place. Location right in the center of town, easy walking to restaurants, bars and shops. Lovely views from the spacious deck. Communication was great; comprehensive tenant guide told us everything we needed to know. Can't wait to stay again!

Perfect Spot
What a great stay! The location is truly perfect. Right on the main street, but pushed back so no street noise. View of the water and pier. Ten steps to sand in your toes. The kitchen appliances were stepped up for those who like to cook. Guest bedroom is small. But there is no need to spend time there other than to sleep. Two full baths and laundry in the unit are a real plus! Communication with the host was flawless.

The stay worked out fine, however the picture online was not the same as the unit. The unit deck was not as nice as the photo, and the price for this 2 bedroom was more than a 3 bedroom that we also rented.

Amazing location, host, place
Loved the place. Keith was very friendly and communicative. Any issues I had he would reply immediately. This listing provided convenient private parking spots in such a busy area definitely a big plus. Very comfy, modern and beautiful decor. The kitchen had all the things needed for a great cooking experience with all the organic spices and high quality kitchen ware. The bathroom had all the necessary towels and man! Loved! the design of the shower. Amazing view from the deck, and very comfy chairs. I could spend hours reading a book and stare at the sunset. The location is right in the middle of the town. Everything is within walking distance and if you wish to go further there are scooter rental right at the corner. 10/10 will definitely come back 😁

Great location and amenities.
We came into town for three days before a Saturday football game in Boston. The unit was clean and well equipped. We didn’t do any cooking, but did use the Keurig and some of the dishes for pastries from the Portuguese Bakery. The balcony was a nice place to sit out and relax in the morning and late afternoon. The bathrooms and showers were nicely sized. We didn’t use the HVAC while there as the temps didn’t warrant it. My only two “critiques” were the beds were listed as queens, but appeared to be Full size instead and we didn’t find the pillows to be all that comfortable in the master. However the size of the bed was fine for us, it just wasn’t a true queen. I won’t hold the comfort of the pillows against them as it’s a personal preference, but if you are particular about your pillows, you may want to bring your own. Even considering those two issues, we’d definitely enjoy staying there again if the opportunity presented itself.
