Whether was so good, better than we thoght, it was warm so for us was nice, the hotel has a beautiful garden where you can take a relax and the room was so clean and also the staf alwas was friendly.

Las instalaciones están hermosas, con un trato cálido y comida rica aunque cuando reservas marca que incluye el desayuno pero no es así y mejoraría el onboarding de la dinámica del hotel porque hubo que preguntar horarios.

Casa que renta cuartos NO es hotel
El hotel no es un hotel es una casa que rentan cuartos. Lo cual me parece terrible que no se comunique y se ofrezca como hotel. Duermes en un cuarto de la casa con un baño semi adaptado con la regadera sucia de hace años y colchas y cojines decorativos igual. Una experiencia desagradable pagar un hotel caro para estar en una casa. Nunca lo hubiera reservado si se anunciara como casa que renta cuartos que es lo que es. Decepcionante Hoteles.com que se ofrezca como hotel

Me gustaron los jardines, está limpio .Pero hace mucho calor en la tarde y en el baño, es indispensable tener auto para llegar y las piñas coladas carísimas, $120 pesos un vaso pequeño ..

Recibimos la habitacion hasta las 4:00 pm, no tiene aire acondicionado, dice ser hotel boutique. Lo único que salva al lugar es el servicio de Claudia en el restaurant; la comida es buena y sabrosa. No volvería a ese hotel, alberca muy pequeña, le deberian agregar un jacuzzi

Contratiempos pero agradable!!
Tuvimos tema con nuestro cuarto sin embargo nos cambiaron de cuarto y siempre el encargado de recepción estuvo súper al pendiente y tuvo paciencia en todas nuestras peticiones. El restaurante está de verdad delicioso!!!
