Staff is really friendly, warm, and kind. They will go above and beyond to help you and attend to your needs. Just one observation that if you’re staying near the event rooms be ready for the night to be very loud. That’s the only observation I notice.

Necesito mi dinero de los 3 días que me cobraron sin haber estado en el hotel ya que tuvimos que salir el día lunes a las 6 am por qué no les servía el aire acondicionado en la habitación y tampoco nos ayudaron con nada no encontramos toallas en la habitación el primer día y por una hora esperamos. Si no consiguen mi dinero de vuelta hablaré con mi banco para cancelar la transacción

Property is in a good location with good desk staff. AC did not work at all. Breakfast staff was not welcoming. Food was not maintained to a healthy level (cold).Hot water was super hot, no real in between. Rooms are dated and bland.
