Beach was nice and village outside of resort had nice restaurants and cafe. Resort facilities were outdated and shower and hot tub were tepid.

Was horrible experience. The rooms smelled like raw sewage, they were filthy, holes in the walls. Restaurants were closed or only open for limited time. Staff was not helpful in any way to get information about restaurants or surrounding area shops. Would highly recommend looking into other resort/hotels. Awful Experience..

If I could give this property ZERO stars, I would. Grounds are unkept. Rooms are dirty, stench comes out of all drains in the bathroom. Their communication is horrendous “misunderstanding per front desk!” States multiple bars restaurants but only one bar and and restaurant (never enough guests to open sports bar I’m told). No activities here poolside or anywhere, golf course needs water and care badly!! My room key had to be reprogrammed daily and somedays multiple times. The “fancy” front desk manager is an idiot ( he gave us keys and let us change rooms to third floor to be told an hour later we had to go back to our old room after we already moved! There is nothing close to this resort, no transportation but taxis, so you need a rental car. They have made this my worst vacation ever! 10/10 I do not recommend !!! Unless you need cheap… Beach is only positive and Alan the server!

Older hotel!
They didn’t have record of my reservation at front entrance so I had to find my booking in order to get in the parking lot. I Waited 45 minutes to get checked in. Four persons behind the desk and it appeared that only one was actually checking people in. Had traveled all day and wanted a hot shower. No hot water and drains barely worked. Was probably a first class hotel in its day but is now in need of a major renovation. Beautiful setting and the adjacent village of Nopolo is lovely. Many good restaurants so venture outside for better eating choices.

We enjoyed our stay, however, it is very apparent the Resort is operating on a shoestring budget. Lack of maintenance staff is very apparent and with some facilities closed altogether. Significant lack of information on amenities upon checking in.

I asked for a certain room and the were extremely appeasing to make sure i was close to the one i ask for. The room they gave me was in an awesome location but did not have internet. With friends traveling to see me, bank problems and buisness the internet problem was a difficult isuue because i had to leave my room and walk to a courtyard to use it but the room was in an awesome location. I will ask for it again but they need to fix the internet. The staff was awesome. All the same faces i see each year

Very relaxing and comfortable, transportation is only taxis, which can be expensive, rent a car preferably but the insurance is costly, driving in Loreto is easy and no traffic, life is low key and relaxing and beautiful

The front desk staff can could use some manners and helpfulness! They are very unhelpful and very few words. They don’t say hi or bye or thank you. Very unhelpful. One staff in particular sadly can’t remember his name but he works in the afternoon shift not very friendly he told us that the taxi has arrived when it was not so we were standing at the pick up area for 15 minutes in the heat when we could have waited in the lobby where is cooler. Not nice!! The staff at the restaurant are better and more friendly and helpful. Other than the staff at the front desk the place is beautiful with beautiful beaches.

Very clean and spacious room, staff super friendly. Ask for Jaime (Jimmy) the bartender when you visit the pool or restaurant, he makes all type of delicious drinks.
