It was a time losing disaster from beginning to end. When I arrived mid afternoon the hotel door was locked and I had to wait to get in.After looking for a good 10 mins. The receptionist, Miriam, did not have any reservation for me. I said you must I had a confirmation and guarantee.She said that was impossible. We spent 15 minutes on this.I said let me logon and Ill show you the email The hotel internet wifi wasnt working. after another 15 minutes we had an internet connection and showed her my reservation. She said we do not work with them anymore but they keep sending them.I had reserved jul 10 and then Jul 11. I did not stay in the hotel Jul 10 and she had no reservation for me. She said the hotel was full and I had no reservation. I said I would pay cash for the room and then she was able to find that miserable room across form recption. I could rite more but I dont have more time. I hope you can refund me the Jul 10 rate I paid for a room but did not stay. R Smeds
The room was awful, a lot of noise,, with poor lighting, no plug for internet, when you sat on the toilet you had to put your feet in the shower. When Ichecked out and asked the girl to reserve the airport van she said her phone wasnt working ,you can just go there.
