Property was grand at one time. Lack of upkeep and cleanliness has degraded the property. I have pictures of broken window in our first room as well as A/C not positioned in wall correctly and I suspect it was pushed in by someone. Room floors were dirty. Second room, floors had something dripped on them and hot water in sink was turned off or did not do anything. I will not be using Expedia in the foreseeable future.

There was no door knob on the restroom. There excuse was, that kids lock the doors in the restroom and there is no key for them. When you can buy door knobs with a pin hole to open them with a pointy screwdriver. There was no refrigerator in the room. When it stay on the booking, each room has a refrigerators.

Beautiful hotel, great breakfast and we loved how close the beach was. Unhappy with the service as far as no clean available towels when asked multiple times. We asked for extra pillows, was promised and never received. We didn't have water 2x times during our 3 day stay for about 30 min at a time.

I paid for the “newer bigger room” and the AC did not work. I called front desk and they already knew, they said they couldn’t fix it. I was asked if I could be placed in their smaller room with Ac, but at the same price. The room was old and carpet was dirty. Not staying there again
