The beds are unfortunately not comfortable. No chairs on the balcony to enjoy the amazing view of the Sea of Cortez. Pool was freezing. It seems it’s getting there but still needs furnishings.

Looks can be deceiving
I was pleasantly surprised on how accurate the other reviews were about the cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff during our stay. I would recommend the controls get disinfectant just because that was the one thing I did notice was dirty. In general I don’t walk barefoot and I always add a towel to the shower but if I wasn’t as picky as I am about hotel cleanliness I would feel comfortable walking barefoot.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The security guard was very attentive and professional. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is convenient because it’s close to many restaurants and close to the malecon.

I will stay here again. It’s clean and well-maintained. However, there are no chairs on the balconies and patios. The rooms do not have refrigerators or microwaves. Bring an ice chest and folding chairs. The location is good. A mandatory cash deposit for the remote controls is strange.
