This unit ocean view has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms and is located within the “A” Tower; this is the closest tower to the ocean. The living room is very comfortable and inviting with its floral couch and matching chair, and wicker based coffee table. Sit down to watch TV or play a movie on the DVD player or even just to take a load off. You will always stay cool here with the lovely ceiling fan that has been placed in a recessed marble circular soffit. The TV and DVD can be accessed through the double door entertainment unit so that you can close it off once your guests arrive. The living room is very comfortable and provides a wonderful view of the ocean through the sliding glass doors.
The kitchen features very modernly and state of the art appliances and a fully equipped kitchen with toaster, coffee maker, blender, microwave, oven stove, and dishwasher. There is a breakfast bar perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee or two as well as a lovely ding table with seating for 6 people. The table is set under another beautifully recessed mosaic circular soffit with a magnificent lighting fixture.
The master bedroom with a Queen Size Bed has a big and extremely comfortable whitewash bed set with matching side tables, dresser and mounted wall flat-screen Tv. The parking is in front of the tower “A” the underground parking is only permitted for the owners. This unit is provided with white towels for bath use only; these are not allowed on the pool or beach.
