Sea, Sand & Surf! So, you are looking for a vacation getaway? Las Palomas is the only FOUR DIAMOND Resort in Puerto Peñasco aka Rocky Point. You and your family will love this contemporary designed 1 bedroom "Piece of Paradise" in the Topaz Building - 3rd floor. This condo is furnished with a king size bed and a sofa sleeper in living room. It offers an amazing view of the beautiful turquoise blue waters of the legendary Sea of Cortez!
This unit offers all the conveniences of home! The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, utensils, cookware and small appliances. Full size washer, dryer and laundry sink in the privacy of your own condo. A 60' flat screen TV in the family room with VCR/DVD and stereo system available for your family entertainment. (You will also find a selection of board games, playing cards and a library of books for your enjoyment - removed during the pandemic. The living room sofa converts into a bed.
The bedroom offers a 42" flat screen TV.

Las Palomas offers the fastest internet on Sandy Beach. The new upgrade "fiber-to-the-home broadband", takes Las Palomas Beach & Golf Resort to the next generation in connectivity for our guests. Free international phone calls can be made by simply plugging in the analog phone, which is provided in the bedroom, to the router. We also are providing a 'WALL SAFE', for your convenience with an easy to use locking system!

As a guest, you are entitled to reduced rates at the Link Golf Course. Bring your own clubs or rent them at the fully equipped pro shop.
After a day at the pool and beach, enjoy dinner at the fabulous "El Citron" or La Maria Restaurants with its A la Card menu and weekend buffets! In addition. Room service is available for your convenience at anytime!

Relax under one of the palapa's on the beach or rent a catamaran, windsurfer, SUP or jet ski and have a blast in the warm ocean right in front of the resort! How about a banana boat ride or deep sea fishing for marlin? Swim with the sea lions at San Jorge island.
This unit is in rental pool. Only guests with wristbands will have all Resort amenities.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Reservation Policy:
- At the time of reservation 100% Deposit of entire stay.
- Reservation holder must be over 25+.
- No changes allowed within 10 days of arrival date.
- No changes allowed for Holiday reservation.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation policy is set to relax and which differs from the Las Palomas Reservation Policy. In the event you have to cancel your reservation, simply contact owner.
- No Refunds for no shows or early departures.
- No refunds in case of eviction ZERO tolerance policy.
- No refund for holidays.
- For cancellation please log into your Vrbo account to initiate process

- Check-In: 4.00pm.
- Check-Out: 11.00am.
- Late Check-Out will be at Noon only with prior authorization.

Vrbo offers an easy to use BOOKING PROCEDURE.
WARNING: If you find something less for the same type of unit, i.e., 1BR OF vs. 1BR OF, please be aware that you might be renting from so called 'rogue' renter which is not permitted at the resort.

The resort sets the rates for all rental pool units and we cannot discount them. The 'rogue' renters discount their rates, but if you were caught, you would be asked to either pay the full rate or you would be evicted. So, if you find something for less, ask the owner if he/she is in the rental pool. We suggest that you verify it, and be sure to have the unit name and number before calling.
