Great little resort. Food was good and both à la carte restaurants as well as the buffet always had a great selection. Probably some of the best food that I’ve had at an all-inclusive. Not a ton of seating around the pool but lots of seating on the beach do you need to get down there to save a chair by 9 AM? Staff is great, no complaints.

Perfect for people who like cruises and large families. We were new to Mexico so it was a good choice. Good plentiful food, kind, cheerful waiters and concierge, very clean, hard-working staff. They gave us two waters/person a day automatically, I got more at a bodega 100 steps outside, concierge changed 500 pesos a day for tip cash, ten minute walk to zona romantica, bus right outside too. I would have preferred staying somewhere where we would eating out and discover places, but my friends chose this hotel and they preferred to stay in. It was a great place to hang with friends and drink, but to also eat alone. 5 pools complex. 4 or more bars. Hot tub. I would like more shade umbrellas on the beach. The beach was fine, surf made it harder for snorkeling and flippers. We didn’t book any activities. Staff spoke English but were happy to entertain my beginning Spanish. I couldn’t figure out a good way to have my tip money on me while I was at the pools or beach. You wear a small wristband so you can run around and not worry about losing your key. You check out towels. It’s a lively place, music playing everywhere, easy to meet people.

The property was great and so were the staff. I would definitely recommend staying here if you want a nice all inclusive resort experience. The beach is just a quick walk from the main lobby and so is the buffet!

Staff was excellent. Service by the pool, the beachside restaurant, the availability of food by the pool area, the buffet, lobby bar and the rooftop bar were all excelent. Waliking distance anything that you could want to do.

I liked the more family oriented feeling this resort provides, the front desk was also very helpful. I did not like the tricky sales presentation - multiple people arguing with the management in the lobby over what they promised for attending the sales presentation and then just not giving it. Pool tiles are peeling in pools, buffet can be limited sometimes. Beach is nice.

We have stayed here a number of times over the years. The service is still excellent. Gloria, Jesus, Angel, Timoteo, Gustavo, Eduardo, Jorge, Rudolpho, Fausto, and Celso are all awesome. We had issues with housekeeping this time. For whatever reason there were four or five days where they didn’t clean our room. A couple of other days they came as late as 6pm to clean. We are out of the room everyday by 7:30 and return around 4-5. The “please clean room” sign was hung on the door every morning. The food quality has diminished over the years. We certainly understand that Mexico has a burgeoning middle class and more nationals are staying at the resorts now so much of the food selection caters to the locals…but there was a number of evenings when we went out to eat because the selection at the buffet wasn’t very good. We like the location of this resort, especially to attend Day of the Dead festivities on the Malecón.
