Very good location in the Marina District. Hotel is very well maintained and service was excellent. A/C was a bit challenging in the suite; one room was often too cold, the other too warm. Very nice pool. Walkable area. Would repeat.

My friends and I had a great time here! Very clean, safe, and is near shops and good places to eat. Only problem is they do not take Pesos as payment at any of their restaurants.

In the last 35 years, we have stayed at mini resorts in Puerto Vallarta. Club Regina outshines all of them, including the pretentious and stuffy Vidanta. The resort is beautiful. The staff is top notch in the rooms are as close to home as you can get on the West Coast.

The staff, from the people that cleaned, to the staff in the lobby and front desk and waiters were well trained and super friendly. Shout out to a couple of the staff: Monseratt at the front desk was 5 star. Ivan (waiter) was efficient and friendly every time we saw him. The room furnishings really should be updated. It looks like it was from the 1980s. The sheets were really rough and bothered my skin. We got really lousy pillows, but when we asked for a few more, they replaced all the pillows with newer, better ones. It would've been nice to get at least one days worth of coffee in the room. But the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses and cooking utensils. The value of what we paid to what we got was top of the line!
