Overall, I had a great experience, the hotel is small itself but rooms are big and have second floor. Super comfy, and convenient if you are traveling with family and friends. The area is super waklable, close to everything. Service was great, and fast. Pool is big and clean. I will definately be back.

We loved our stay at Casa Loteria! The staff were all welcoming and helpful. The 2-bedroom master suite with terrace was perfect for our family of four, with two teenage boys. There was a lot of space for everyone to be on their own when needed, as well as a wonderful kitchen/ dining / living for us to hang out in. It was very hot in Sayulita for our August vacation, but the fans and the AC in our suite kept us super comfortable. We loved the pool! It is meticulously maintained and large enough to swim laps. They also had some balls for the kids to play with. We swam in the pool almost every day. We had breakfast included in our stay. The food was delicious! I have celiac disease and was concerned about getting sick, but I had no problem at all. Carlos was especially great. He remembered what everyone liked for breakfast and made sure the boys had pancakes when they wanted, even though it wasn't on the menu. A highlight of the trip was yoga with Lis every morning. She is an exceptional yoga teacher and always checked in for requests and to ensure that any injuries were accommodated. Starting my day with Lis' yoga class was perfect for a peaceful, relaxing vacation. Thanks to everyone at Casa Loteria for a truly exceptional stay. We will be back!

Staff is absolutely lovely. The front desk are very friendly and happy to help, the only upsetting part was that the manager will charge women an extra charge if you happen to stain the linen with period blood. It was so incredibly disappointing to have to speak about my privacy in public and argue against an extra charge against women only. I had other female customers who had to stand up with me in order to get the manager to not charge us. Disheartening to see unequal treatment in 2024.

Hace 5 años conocí este hotel y ahora que vuelvo veo que el servicio del personal sigue siendo excelente Aunque la mayoría del equipamiento es nuevo y funcional, el mantenimiento tiene áreas de oportunidad. La TV de la habitación (La Rana) está dañada y nunca la compusieron. La tapa del inodoro dificulta sentarse en él, ya que no se puede dejar levantada. Respecto al tema eco-friendly, no hay ninguna acción al respecto (botes de separación de basura, letreros para economizar en el lavado de toallas, etc). Volveré, pero necesitan mejorar el mantenimiento
