Nice and clean hotel inside La Isla mall, so you had plenty of eating options within walking distance. My only complaint was that you could hear kids running down the tile hallways, but that's more of a parent issue than a hotel issue.

The property is located in a shopping mall. There are some walkable dining options but not many. The hotel was very clean which is the only reason I rated so high. The staff were not the nicest. Many seemed like they did not want to be there and only engaged when they were trying to sell us something and would be so insistent. That was tiresome. We were on vacation we did not want to listen to another sales pitch. Which I found very common all over Vallarta. It is advertised as family friendly it in reality it’s more for business professionals that are there for a night or 2. There were no activities for the kids besides the pool. Wouldn’t recommend for families staying multiple days.

Getting into the actual building it’s tricky. The taxis leave you by the mall entrance then you have to walk through the mall which luggage and all. After you find the door you go to the lobby, get registered then they insist on helping you to take you to your room and put your belongings on a cart. ( at that point there is no need) and there was no bottle of wine in our room. So I wouldn’t recommend this place. There’s many more places that cost the same or a little more but it’s worth it.
