The place looks better in pictures than in person. Our room was in the tower. It was ok. The amenities lacked. No wash rags, 1 hand towel, 2 bath towels, no tissue or hair dryer. We had to call for these items. The food was not very good. The drink selection was poor. The hostess at the Mexican restaurant was not friendly and difficult. She was not accommodating. We asked to speak to a manager since she was being difficult and was told she didn't have one. A few minutes later a gentlemen came to speak to us. We then said to the hostess "You do have a manager" and touched her arm. We were seated. 5min later a manager comes to our table and said you must leave the property immediately! We asked why? He said you pushed the hostess. I told him that is not what happened. I asked him to review the video to see what actually happened. He refused. Then he kicked me out as well. Said I was confrontational. He said we have 20min to pack and leave the property or he'll call the police. He followed us to our room and we had to leave the door open to pack our things. This happened at 9pm. He kicked two women out (early 50's and late 60's). We asked where to go, he said there are 300 resorts. Pick one. I cannot believe how we were treated. He would not even listen to our side of the story or review the video to see what exactly happened and how the hostess made up a HUGE lie. Worst place and staff ever. I will never go back and not recommend this place. They will treat you like crap!

The staff is amazing.They work hard to give the best experience. The food was good, lots of healthy choices. I did not like that you had to reserve dinner for the all inclusive restaurants. Very difficult to access restaurant reservations. They have an amazing selection of entertainment and lots of fun lively pool activities. The beach is easy to access and is beautiful. The pool staff have lots of great fun for everyone. We had a great stay, beautiful room on the top floor!

Entertainment was dismal, food was mediocre, service was excellent, room was definitely dated and had some plumbing issues. They must have searched the world over for the most uncomfortable beach chairs and so many of them were broken. We did appreciate how quiet the resort was at night. Would only consider staying here again if the price was right.

We had the altitude room with a double bed. While the room itself was spacious, we had issues with the balcony door not closing fully letting bugs in, and the shower temperature shifting between too hot and too cold. The soap in the shower didn't foam up, and ran out quickly during our stay while housekeeping didn't refill it. Housekeeping also didn't replace our sheets and their timing in which they came in was rather inconsistent. There was also a moment in which someone tried to enter our room to inspect our safe for a request we did not put in, which raised our suspicions. As for the facilities, the

Desde que hize el checking no fueron serviciales ni amables los de recepción no mandaron a nadie para ayudarnos con las maletas querían que nosotros buscáramos ayuda con los que estaban ayudando con las maletas solo nos dijeron a donde ir que por sierro estaba complicado en vez de ellos llevarnos y ayudarnos con nuestro equipaje cuando entramos a el cuarto no había sillas en el balcón además nunca rellenaron el refrigerador de bebidas el último día ni tallas nos dieron teníamos reserva para un restaurante y nos la cancelaron en vez de mandarnos a otro que si estaba abierto pocos empleados eran amables la mayoría atendía como indiferencia o seriedad muy rara experiencia no regresaría a ese Kristal yo trate el de cabo y está 1000 veces mejor el ambiente también es súper aburrido me sentía como si no salí de USA yo fui a México a divertirme pero creo que me equivoqué de hotel

The location was perfect, the rooms were decent, the pool/beach was amazing. The service was exceptional! The turtle garden was a big highlight for my son. The only downside was the food - it was inconsistent in quality. You will never go hungry with all the options but I wish it was good everyday and not inconsistent in quality.

The food and drinks were excellent. The staff attentive and the property was beautiful. What could've been better is the room size, our balcony had a concrete wall and the wifi wasn't stable enough to get my required work done. Reserving chairs by the pool at 4am only to not show up until 2pm was ridiculous. We are planning on staying somewhere else next year.
