The entertainment manager Caesar does a wonderful job with the staff. He was reliable and attentive. Kudos to you Caesar!!!!!! Mark and Denise were very helpful as well. We enjoyed our stay. The only con I have is the housekeeping just made the bed and replace the towels. I had to ask specifically to get the room swept and mop as the floor was sticky with sun screen. Other than that we really enjoy our stay.

The adult only pool has an amazing view of the ocean. The grill had awesome food. We couldn’t get into the other restaurants as they were only open one day out of the 8 we were there. The buffet wasn’t our cup of tea, but other people looked like they loved it. Definitely glad we went.

This was our first trip to this resort. Not our first trip to the area. Before I start on my review, I want to state that EVERY ONE of the staff that we interacted with were extremely courteous and helpful. They all went above and beyond daily to do their best with what they have. That said, here are some things we didn't like. 1. Food. With the exception of the specialty restaurants, the food is not that good. We come to the area 4-5 times per year and we have never been to a resort where the food quality and selection were lacking, especially in the buffet. 2. Drinks. We bought the highest level, Altitude, to allow us to have higher end drinks. They didn't have high-end wines or spirits. The bar tending staff need standardized training. I ordered a greyhound at one bar and the second bar the bar tender didn't know what grapefruit juice was and had to consult a peer on how to make. Even after I told him the recipe. 3. The swim-up rooms are not worth it. The area is adjacent to the main pool deck and there is constant traffic and noise until about 9:30-10 PM daily. Not quite an oasis to relax. Things we did enjoy. 1. Adult pool. The adult pool is right on the beachfront and features and infinity design. It is actively policed for children and adults can relax and not worry about a crying, screaming child. The wait staff there, specifically, Adrian, were outstanding and I was never thirsty nor hungry. 2. Rooftop bar. Another adult only location. Perfect for sunset

Customer service is super important and they have employees who are very rude to customers. Terrible customer service. I work in hospitality and for us it is essential that our guests are happy, they are our priority.

The overall cost/benefit ratio was really good (we got all inclusive). The facilities are great and all is as advertised. My only comment would be with the check-in process. Even though you get to do it in a different lounge with A/C and snacks while you wait, the process itself takes a lot of time. It would be good to have all pre-filled just to sign.
