This property is not for anyone with mobility issues. I had to rent a wheel chair for $25 CDN per day because everything was just to far away for me to get to with a walker. The buffet is right by the beach, which is right at the end of the property. The people are great, the food is quite good. No shuttle service so at least $50 each way for a cab. If not for my swim out room, the trip would have been a disaster. I will likely never return.

It’s been a wonderful experience at Krystal Grand Hotel Nuevo Vallarta! From the moment we arrived, we received VIP treatment. We were warmly welcomed with drinks for both us and the kids, and check-in was a breeze—done in under 15 minutes! We were quickly settled into our room and off to explore everything the hotel has to offer. Can’t wait to see what the rest of our stay has in store!

Muy mala experiencia. El aire acondicionado no sirvio durnate nuestra estancia. Les llamamos a concierge dijierom que ivan a revisar y nunca llegaron. Uno de los elevadores no servía era muy tardado poder bajar. Teniamos a alguien en silla de ruedas la propiedad no es apta para personas discapacitadas. La verdad no nos gusto, no volveriamos. Las fotos que vimos por internet no fueron lo que vimos en persona.

The rooms need to be updated and cleaned. In our room the tile in the shower was broken and the curtains were dirty. The staff and service was good. We liked the pool area.

Sure, here’s a shorter version: --- The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff—from housekeeping to waiters—was great. However, the hotel felt boring with no real activities or entertainment. It’s more suited for families with young kids. The food was disappointing and the drinks were even worse.

Outdated. If traveling with preteens and teenagers skip hotel no activities for them. A lot of small children hotel. Pools are small rooms are small. Electricity out when we arrive no one called to let us know. It was running by the end of the night. Doesn’t have 4 restaurants only 2 they tell you when you get here they say 4 because the buffet will have different Asian and Italian choices in different days. “The grill” is ok but good luck getting reservations. They have vendor come in at night to sell you souvenirs if interested but pricey.

It was a last minute trip and it cóuldnt have been more perfect. The check in process was seemless and we were upgraded upon arrival which was amazing. The food and drinks were great and the staff was wonderful. Cannot wait to come back for a longer stay.
