Our room was beautiful with a stunning balcony and lake views. It was exactly as depicted. Our hosts Dahlia and our captain Bilbur were so thoughtful and kind and really made us feel comfortable and welcome! We loved our stay!
The lodge is BEAUTIFUL and the family is so accommodating. All the meals they made were delicious and the views are magnificent. The bathroom is lovely—no odor at all even though it’s a composting toilet. And even though the temp drops at night, the bed keeps you very warm. 10/10 recommend if you want to relax & immerse yourself in culture. The family is so kind.
Family is extremely welcoming, place is very unusual and festive on the water After dark the taxi drops you of 300 meter from the boat. Taxi driver will help find the way. Boatride is a bit adventurage in the dark. Nice trups to islands....
Amazing hotel with a breathtaking view of the lake. Incredible experience staying on the island with the family who owns it really gives you a better insight into the culture and the incredible people. Delia and her husband Wilber make it an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend.

Unlnown to me it was a stay with the Uros people, an indigenous teibe. The room as suvh was OK, but you had ti request that the electricity be connected. No water in the shower cabin. Freezing cold after 6 am. Need for warming botttles.
