Quaint place and cozy rooms
We were very happy with the rooms and facilities here. Big bathrooms and comfy beds. There is a big, central ‘courtyard’ (inside) which is so nice to hang out it. However, the only downside is all of the rooms are directly off this, so it was a little noisy at night and there are only interior windows. I was also charged the wrong amount on arrival (check the conversion everywhere!!), and this is pending remuneration.

Comfy beds with good WiFi.
Stayed here in transit from Puerto Natales and had an early flight at Punta Arenas airport. Bed was very comfortable!!! Good WiFi. Bathroom was large but outdated but still did the trip. I was very pleased and would stay again.

The hotel is fine, well located but there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom in our room. And there was a misunderstanding about the currency at check-out but I suppose it was the fault of Hotels.com.

Bastante Bien

Overpriced never recommendable HOSTAL
The location was not bad and staff was kind and tried to help me out. But the price seemed little bit overpriced comparing to the quality. The food was so awful which was unbelievable. When I stayed this property, there were few quests. For breakfast, I went to a dinning room and food was already prepared which was three pieces of bread wrapped by plastic cover, but that was all. there was no jam, butter, and nothing else to eat except only bread itself. I was looking around food but cereal was prepared but coffee was a power type. I made a coffee by myself and asked them if they would have butter. They gave me a box of butter with maculated other things on it. They just handed me over. I was not able to eat because I was doubt of freshness of the food. Then I found fruits like plum, apple and oranges, but uneatable. It was stale and looked almost gone. They prepared breakfast with these quality food for their guests. I could no longer stay there. I had only a cup of coffee made by myself, then left.
