Service The staff were great! From check in, throughout our stay, and departing was impeccable. Everyone was very nice and doing everything they could to make sure we had a great experience. I recommend a Coco Loco for a drink. English is well spoken throughout the resort. Room Our room was spacious (we had a swim up suite) and cool AC. We did pack a small fan just because we sleep with it on. The room (and entire resort) is very modern. Great rain shower, plenty of closet and drawer space, along with a stock of drinks and snacks. Great WiFi all the way to the beach, plenty of English channels on the TV, and US plugs for charging cell phones, etc. Rooms 2xxx and 3xxx are the furtherest from the beach (5 min walk), but quiet at night.

Don’t go to that hotel !!! In this hotel they turned my birthday into a nightmare. The beach next to the hotel is dirty and abandoned with a lot of dirt. The employees don't clean the rooms. I ran away after two days. Best wishes to you.

The hotel was very clean. The rooms were excellent. The property was very beautiful staff super friendly, and the Beach service for drinks. Excellent The food was very basic and because it was a split family adult facility the shows were all gear towards children. If you get a VIP with roof access, there are no curtains. The light is blinding in the morning. Bring your own pillow
