The hotel is beautiful. The food in the hotel is really good, I would say restaurant quality. The hotel had so much to do. I have never stayed at a hotel like this one before. They had shows every night, entertainment in many areas of the hotel and at different times. They have a game house where you can play pool, bowling, laser tag, and more. Many bars and restaurants but the cherry on top was Mike’s , the coffee house! They had all types of coffee and deserts. The staff was very friendly and courteous. My only suggestions to the hotel would be to have more staff on low seasons to assist on the buffet. At times we had to wait long for a glass of water, a drink or a clean table. Also, they offer a membership to all of their hotels which is an amazing perk. I would recommend to do this introduction on the third or fourth day depending on when guests would stay. Allow guests to experience the hotel and all it has to offer. If they had approach me a few days later, my decision would have been different. But there will always be a next time. I would go back to this hotel and also recommended to friends and family. I have to also mentioned that we had a dedicated member of the staff (Derlin Suero) he was amazing. Every day he sent us information about the activities of the hotel and made reservations for us at the restaurants. He make himself available for everything we needed. He even sent us a message to make sure we made it home ok.

At this resort the staff seemed to be completely checked out. The services I was promised were not provided, anytime I called for service such as transportation or room service I was told they were understaffed. The shower and hut tub were filthy, there was hair stuff in the drains from the previous guests. The food looked old and stale, they were not replacing the buffets with fresh food.

It was a great time at the resort. Lots of fun activities planned for the guests too. Derlin was exceptional and very kind. Premium travel club staff however, were very persistent in selling me travel packages, which I did not like. Overall, great time and will highly recommend.

This was our third time visiting this resort. First was hour honeymoon in 2005. Resort is a little older, but most everything else was the same. Enjoyed the variety of restaurants still, excursion options, friendliness and professionalism of staff, large pools, swim up bars, coffee shop, entertainment including amphitheater, bowling alley, blue team including fire show. We had a great time and was well taking care of. Previdge package is a must and worth the $200 est extra pp cost.

Food is great and the staff are very friendly and kind. I just don’t like the bathroom in our room, saw two cockroaches. I feel like they need to renovate the whole bathroom because the flooring is kinda out dated. And the public bathroom by the pool area needs to be cleaned all the time. Over all our stayed for 4 nights was okay.

This was the best resort I’ve ever been to. With so many activities/restaurants/stores and 24/7 service there really is no need to leave it. Many tour guides came to advertise their different activities outside of the resort as well which me and my wife did plenty of. Everyone catered and pampered us and truly treated us like VIP. Overall this resort was amazing and our concierge “Derlin” was always attentive to our needs as well as booking all of our reservations. Overall he was beyond helpful and answered any and all questions we’ve had.
