You receive exactly what you pay for. If you're seeking a lively time at an affordable hotel, this is the ideal spot for you. Just ensure that you shut the balcony door, or else the AC won't function properly. The cuisine may not be top-notch, but it's not as terrible as some claim. There is a slight sewer odor in certain areas. The beach is stunning, though it can get a bit rough at times. The club, operating from 11pm to 3am, is absolutely buzzing. I had the chance to attend both the pink party and the beach party, and they were both fantastic.

This was the most horrible trip I ever been on was my wife first time out the country it was terrible first I paid extra when booking to be provided a room with an “partial ocean view” my balcony literally didn’t even face the ocean it was the exact opposite side of the ocean and was blocked by multiple palm trees all the drinks was horribly made all the “restaurants” was buffet style with food that looks like it was made the day before nothing was edible drinks was HORRIBLE nobody had any knowledge on how to make certain drinks one waiter was amazing that being sandy beside that EVERYONE else was horrible very unprofessional frozen drinks was coming to me freshly ordered literally already completely liquidated I will tell EVERYONE not to ever go here this is a horrible place to come and stay there is no room service there is one what I guess was supposed to be a steak house with the worst food I ever ordered in my life there was nothing to do offered very little excursions then the excursion I wanted to take part in “was not available at the moment” the only time I enjoyed myself was leaving this place and let me tell you I’m checking out tomorrow and I can’t wait to run out of here PLEASE do not come stay this places SUCKS

this was a cool party resort , besides the room having minor cleanliness issues and a weird smell when i got there everything else was great , the staff was nice and friendly . the food was ehhh. drinks are good , and transportation is in front of the resort 24/7 ..overall had a good time

Everything was ok. Could it be better? Yes! More servers by the pool area. More blenders for your bartenders, more activities in the pool. Riu party’s were awesome just too short. Long wait at check in, it took us 45 mins to check in, add more staff or tables. Managers get off the desk and step in to assist. You need more beach towels 3 hour wait for BEACH TOWELS.

My stay wasn’t a pleasant one the first 2 days we were stuck in a room with NO AC staff altho friendly they spoke & understood little to no English

Fun hotel, but not quiet and AC not the greatest.
Our stay was a week. The noise level was unacceptable at all hours of the night. The air conditioning worked but didn’t work well. We had mold in our bathroom above the door and around it from the humidity I assume. Room service did a great job cleaning the general area and making the beds, but the mold was always there.

This was my wife and my 2nd time here. The staff is always great and the daily shows are fun. We really enjoy that its adults only so you dont have little kids running around. With a few different pools to choose from to hangout at you can always get a different ezperiwnce from the full on party to just nice and relaxed. Would highly recomend.

It stinks in the hallways, they had nachos with no cheese and they definitely need to clean the pool where the bar is at, it is nasty and dirty.

Like: Easy access to beach and pool. Food variety. Gift shop! Events!! Excursion opportunities!! Dislike: Bugs in the pool, I don't think the pool filters were working at full strength especially since the pools are 24hr. The one-off food poisoning (that was resolved immediately but I was still kinda wary of my food choices afterwards)
