I joined the diamond club after 3 days and felt like the most special person in the world. My butler Roberto was my favorite part. He catered to me because of my medical issue. He made food reservations, let me know the daily activities and was quick to respond to my requests. I had an issue where I needed to go to the resort Doctor. Roberto walked me to the doctor and stayed with me until I was done. The doctor was amazing. He was Thorough and spent a long time with me not just a quick 15 minute exam. Let me clarify this was my issue nothing to do with the resort. I got moved to a room that has the swim out pool attached to your patio. Amazing!! Splurge and get it. Totally worth it. The beach is beautiful and sitting in comfortable loungers sipping a drink was magical. The drinks flowed freely and were never watered down. Everyone from the gardeners to top management say hello all with a smile on their face. I don’t know how they do it but many staff even remember your name. I felt completely safe and never worried about anything at all. The food was 5 star in my opinion. The buffet really stands out for me. The set up was not only delicious but pleasing to the eyes. There are 7 different restaurants if I remember correctly. Every day and nite there is fun entertainment. I didn’t experience the nite life but it sounded like everyone was always enjoying themselves. The area was clean, rooms clean and comfortable. The grounds were so green and impeccable.

The property itself need some upgrading and the upkeep was not the best. Our Expedia concierge Fitzgerald went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable experience. He was very attentive, friendly and very helpful. Our trip would’ve been really horrible without him.

We booked with Expedia and received a concierge staff member from them upon checkin. His name is Fitzgerald Maldonado. He was incredible. He took care of booking all reservations while we were there. He definitely made the trip much more enjoyable for us. Can’t thank him enough!

The stairs was very filthy no chairs at the pool and beach to lay on everything is either full or restricted area for special guest so if u want to go where there is empty beach chairs u have to pay more!!! Not enough beach chairs and not enough pool chairs either I am very disappointed !!! Need an iron the didn’t have any not enough English speaking people to help with need !!!

Came here to relax and enjoy the beach. Food was not that great, didn’t enjoy the beach due to people always selling you something every 5 minutes. Entertainment and restaurants all closed early. Rooms had a moldy smell. Our butler was the best.

Overall I would say 7.5/10. The staff exceeded my expectations, especially with the help of Julian he was beyond a great help. The only thing I wasn’t to fond off was my room and bedding had a few stains and room had a smell like of rain. But the drinks and food were very good I enjoyed the buffet with an array of dishes and options for guests. Overall would I come back, yes it was great and also met some nice people and staff there!!

What was unique to me the Butler’s service, Joan was very helpful/informative. He kept us updated with the daily activities, all the excursions that were available, he made our dinner reservations! Although this property is 10 years old, it is deteriorated. The consierge staff did limited things for us, we constantly had to be asking for things. The guys in charged of offering the time shared were like hawks, we had to tell them to stop so they could stop pushing it. Also, the food and places to eat were limited. The bar were good and cocktails were tasty. The Insomnia Cafe it’s a very cool place with the best employee Marino. She really made our days every morning❤️ the room were comfortable and clean. Loved that we were able to play pickleball but the resort only had 2 paddles!!!! Also, the jacuzzi had cold water. Overall, we had fun because we went in a group and spending the time together was the goal! This place needs tender loving care and renew a few things like entertainment and activities and maybe add another night club.

Definitely recommend upgrading to Diamond club . The perks and room are better. Our room was in a perfect location close to the pool, bars and clubs. The service was spectacular! I mentioned it was my bf's birthday and they surprised us decorating the room with balloons, sign on the door, rose pedals and even a birthday cake. Joan our butler was amazing! He checked on us frequently, booked our reservations and made things happen when we needed something. If you book here ask for him! Overall the resort itself was nice. Smaller than expected but still have fun activities and shows for guests which was nice.
