The space:
PB: 1 room (2 king beds) + 1 bathroom

FLOOR 1: living room, kitchen, and the remaining 3 rooms. Main room has a king bed + private bathroom. Room 2 (double bed + shared bathroom with living room). Room 3 (double bed + private bathroom).

FLOOR 2: large roof terrace with 360 views of the sea and the neighborhood and a spectacular breeze. BBQ space, mini kitchen and table.

PATIO: large pool and jacuzzi, terrace tables, large patio with shower, and access to the sea with a royal path lined with palm trees and green grass.

Guest access
Once on the interamerican highway, at the "Punta Chame" sign on the left, continue along that road until you reach the end. There are a couple of holes in the road, but any car will arrive.

There will be a security box before entering the neighborhood. The house is on D street which is on the right hand side. Then take left hand and you will see the entrance to the house. A white gate with a mosaic sign reading "Las Palmeras".
