This property was amazing and I will definitely go back!!! The spacious bfast was off the hook with an omelet bar. The room was huge, clean, well decorated, functional. Even a dishwasher. Everyone was polite and accommodating.

My room was extremely hot the first night, and all I was offered was a fan and to open my windows but one of my windows didn't even have a screen, so I wasn't going to keep that open. I was told there was no AC in any rooms at the time, but two of my friends had AC running in their rooms. Also, the food service wasn't great. We all got our food at completely different times while sitting together, and had to get our waiter a couple times for help.

Disappointing. The room was well-designed, and the linens were clean. The heat in the first room did not work, nor did the phone work properly. Moved to a different room. There, the bathroom was not clean and had a lingering odor. On the second of a 2-night stay, the room key did not work and had to be re-programmed (twice). The staff was pleasant and largely responsive, but the problems were what they were. I would not opt to stay there again.

Room was small and spartan but perfectly adequate. This side of the building had music from the bar that was disturbing b a few odd bits of trash in the room but surfaces were clean.

Great stay at Hyatt House.
Hyatt House was perfectly located for our needs. All the staff working the front desk were friendly and professional. The breakfast was plentiful and the food was terrific. Would definitely stay their when I visit the area again.

Liked front desk staff & bartender. Very disappointed that they sell day passes to the small pool. No chairs or towels were available - tons of kids and some foul-mouthed adults!! No supervision by hotel staff. Really surprising. All I wanted was to sit outside in the late afternoon and swim a little to decompress but this policy made it impossible.

The room was very small. No drapes on windows. Furniture was worn and old. Only one chair in room No safe in room. Bathroom did not have water glasses. Did not have any moisturizer in shower or anyplace in room. I've stayed in nicerHOLIDAY INN'S. I do not recommend this hotel

The staff at this property was excellent, the breakfast was excellent and the Wegman's was a walk away so that was great. I was here for business with early wake-ups and was disappointed by the noise from the covered courtyard and in the halls at late hours on multiple nights. This is more of a leisure travel place, I think. To the staff's credit they addressed quickly one loud group in the courtyard at midnight when I called, but the noise issue was a regular thing. I will not stay here again when traveling to NY for business.

They changed my reservation without telling me, cancelled my second night stay, removed all of my belongings from the room and didn’t even call me. My stuff was placed in garbage bags and taken down to housekeeping. Terrible experience.
