Room was recently renovated and very good. Bed very comfortable Windows were cracked Facilities outside being fixed No access to gym. Pool closed and promised opening in the morning did not happen Seriously over priced for what was available

We stayed for 3 days. The staff was fantastic. Breakfast good for a continental breakfast. Pool was green when we got there but when they were told about it they quickly fixed it. They seem to be in the process of renovating/updating. As I said before staff was very friendly.

Staff not readily available for check in. Room very poorly setup. The bed was so close to the wall that you had to walk sideways to get into bed. Only one bedside table. Black mold in bathroom. The bathroom door would stick badly when opening to closing the door. Overall a very poor experience.

It was an incredibly dated motel. Young staff were actually okay though, making up somewhat for the disappointing “odds and sods” furnished room. The sad looking photos in the elevator and the construction site out our window were also noteworthy. We just had to laugh and bear it.

I stayed here with my family recently and we were pleasantly surprised how clean and nice it was. The staff are very nice and helpful. The hotel is in a great location, close to the beach and other amenities. The mini golf place is across the street, which is awesome.

It was perfect for what we needed, close to the fun stuff to do with kids on Parksville and dog friendly. They seemed to be doing some upgrades to the property. The rooms were large and the breakfast was typical continental but everything anyone could need. The pool was incredibly dated and could probably use an update. The staff were so friendly and responsive and lovely!

The hotel staff were very friendly. The location was good with lots of amenities in the area. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The sofa bed has seen better days. The free continental breakfast was nice.

The room was clean but there was no toilet paper holder in the bathroom..simply a roll of toilet paper on the back of the toilet...the bathroom did not have a fan...the cable on the TV shut itself off every hour...the requirement to order a refresh of the room was not explained when I registered...nobody entered the room the four days I was there to even empty the garbage...there were no gluten free options at the included breakfast (I am not talking about special gluten free foods but simple oatmeal or something similar would have been nice).

The hotel has nice new flooring and very friendly staff. However, we spent 3 nights there and our room wasn’t serviced once during our entire stay. We continuously had to go ask for new towels, our coffee machine didn’t work properly and our room garbages were full. I just expect better service for the price.
