Villa Capitana Splendid villa on the panoramic sea, with direct access to the beach 250 sqm covered and 1000 sqm garden, Sardinian oven, 2 outdoor showers, service bathroom, large solarium on the sea equipped with sun beds and large umbrella, large covered loggias overlooking the sea. Internally, the villa consists of: ground floor, large living room with sofas and fireplace, dining area with a large table, large kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with washing area and washing machine. First floor, double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and large sea view terrace, another double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and sea view terrace, 2 bedrooms with double beds. The villa is served by free high-speed fibre optic Wi-Fi connection.

HOUSE RULES:
- CHECK IN: FROM 5 p.m. TO 8 p.m. - SELF CHECK IN GRATIS WHILE IN PRESENCE for arrival € 30, after 8 p.m. € 50 (for arrivals after 8 p.m. we still have to be informed).

- CHECK OUT: ALWAYS NO LATER THAN 10:00 A.M.

DIFFERENTIATED WASTE COLLECTION: the municipality of Quartu S. Elena has differentiated waste collection, the Customers are responsible for the correct use of the material entrusted to them of the disposal indicated in the calendar given to them at check-in, any waste present on the day of departure that does not coincide with the day of collection must be disposed of first, the penalty is € 50.
