Le prix de la réservation en ligne n’a pas été celui chargé à l’hôtel, celui-ci fut beaucoup plus élevé en plus de certain supplément comme le stationnement. J’ai trouvé les commodités de la chambre décevante pour le prix.

Très bel hôtel, propre, moderne. Chambre superbe. Lit confortable. Seul hic; la sortie du stationnement intérieur! Pente très abrupte où l'on doit arrêter pour mettre un jeton pour faire ouvrir la barrière ; vraiment pas facile avec un véhicule manuel! Et pourtant j'ai plusieurs années d'expérience ! Sinon pour l'hôtel nous avons adoré.

Nous avons dû dormir sur le divan lit parce que les draps du lit sentaient la vieille urine. Nous avons demandée un rappel de service et personne nous a contacter afin de faire un suivi. Lorsque j’ai parlée du problème à la réception elle m’a fait un crédit sur le stationnement qu’on a finalement pas utiliser de toute façon.
