Disappointed by Lack of Housekeeping – Not What We Expected
We recently stayed at [Hotel Name] for 4 nights as a family of four, including two teenagers. While we had been looking forward to a relaxing and comfortable stay, we were very disappointed by the complete lack of housekeeping during our entire visit. Despite multiple requests, our room was never serviced — no fresh towels, no trash removal, no replenishment of basic amenities — nothing.
For a family of four, this quickly became unhygienic and uncomfortable. We did not expect luxury, but basic cleanliness and service are fundamental, especially for a hotel of this standard and price point.
To their credit, hotel administration acknowledged the issue and offered a 20% discount on our stay, along with enough points for nearly a free night. While we appreciate the gesture, it doesn't fully make up for how uncomfortable the stay was. We left feeling disappointed and, frankly, a bit disgusted by the conditions we had to endure.
